Shipping

Australia:

Free when you spend over $50 anywhere in Australia.

Standard shipping: a flat rate of $11 Australia wide. Delivery can take 5 to 7 working days within Australia but we do our best to ship to you as soon as we receive payment.

Express shipping: a flat rate of $15 Australia wide. Delivery is quicker and typically takes less than 3 to 4 working days.

New Zealand:

Standard shipping: a flat rate of $20. Delivery can take 5 to 7 working days.

Express shipping: a flat rate of $30. Delivery can take 3 to 4 working days.

Rest of the World:

A flat rate of $35 for all orders. Delivery can take 6 to 10 working days or longer for destinations far away.

Returns/Exchanges/Refund:

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless products are faulty and we will, of course, investigate the reason why. You must contact us within 3 working days of receiving your goods by email at [email protected] and return your goods within 12 working days. Products must be in original packaging condition.

The original postage fee paid by you is not refundable and you are responsible to pay postage for returned items. However, for faulty item replacement, new postage will be on us.

Refund: will be made using the same method as original payment.
